Capacity and multipurpose baskets

The 25 liter tank and the 5 18/8 stainless steel baskets allow several types of food to be cooked simultaneously:

• 1 large basket: 260 × 169 × 300 mm

• 2 medium baskets: 170 × 305 × 253 mm

• 2 small baskets: 115 × 248 × 250 mm

This configuration facilitates cooking adapted to different volumes and types of dough.

Precise cooking control

The adjustable temperature range from 45°C to 110°C ensures optimal and even cooking. The resistance placed at the bottom of the tank guarantees uniform diffusion of heat , while a indicator light indicates when the desired temperature has been reached.

Safety and simplified maintenance

The cooker is equipped with an integrated and removable drain valve, with mechanical lock to prevent accidental opening, as well as overheating protection and a reset device. The non-slip feet ensure maximum stability , and the draining support makes it easier to drain the baskets after cooking.
