These General Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) are intended to legally regulate access and use of the site https://vara-equipements.com (hereinafter the “Site”), published by the company VARA EQUIPEMENTS , operating the trademark Vara-Équipement (hereinafter the “Publisher”).
Access to the Site and its use imply full acceptance of these T&Cs by any user (hereinafter the “User”).
The CGU are accessible at any time on the Site.
Article 1 – Access to the Site
The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with Internet access.
All costs incurred by the User to access the Site (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are their exclusive responsibility.
The Publisher strives to ensure access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of force majeure, an event beyond its control or maintenance interventions necessary for the proper functioning of the Site.
The Publisher cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from temporary total or partial unavailability of the Site.
Article 2 – Creation of account

- online sale of professional kitchen equipment under the Vara-Équipement brand;
- customer account management;
- tracking and order history.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt all or part of the services at any time, without notice and without right to compensation.
Article 4 – Intellectual property
All elements of the Site (texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons, sounds, software,etc.) is protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.
These elements are the exclusive property of VARA EQUIPEMENTS and/or its partners.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation or exploitation, total or partial, of the Site or its content, without prior written authorization from the Publisher, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement.
Article 5 – Personal data
The Publisher ensures the collection and processing of personal data in compliance with the regulations in force, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended.

Article 9 – Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These T&Cs are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the competent courts will be seized in accordance with the rules of common law, unless mandatory legal provision to the contrary.
