Hendi professional glass washer – Efficiency and hygiene in catering
The Hendi professional glass washer is designed for restaurants, cafes, bars and CHR establishments wanting fast, efficient and hygienic washing of mugs, cups, glasses, cutlery and plates. Its AISI 304 stainless steel construction , its separate arms for washing and rinsing and its solid double-walled door guarantee durability, safety and ease of maintenance .
Equipped with electromechanical controls , it completes a complete cycle in 120 seconds , with a capacity of up to 30 baskets/hour . Water consumption is optimized (2–2.5 L per cycle), and the washing and rinsing temperatures are 62°C and 85°C respectively for perfect cleaning and impeccable hygiene.
The 17 L (2.5 kW) tank and the 3.5 L (2.5 kW) boiler ensure efficient washing. The safety thermostat protects up to 105°C for the boiler and 99°C for the tank, with IP44 protection. The appliance is delivered with universal rack for glasses, rack with pins for plates and cutlery rack, as well as the necessary accessories for connection and dispensing of rinse aid.
