Bain-marie HENDI 238905 – Uniform and economical heating
The HENDI 238905 bain-marie is designed to maintain your preparations at the ideal temperature while reducing energy consumption . Thanks to its heating system with thermal mat, it saves up to 20% of energy compared to traditional solutions and ensures homogeneous distribution of heat .
The stainless steel housing and water tank offer durability and hygiene, and are suitable for:

The temperature range extends from 30°C to 85°C , adjustable via 6 heating positions on a button. Equipped with a thermostat and an indicator light , the bain-marie also has a tank with min level indicators. and max , overheating protection and a IPX3 waterproof rating , guaranteeing safety and reliability.
