The Hendi 231852 vegetable cutter is designed for restaurants, caterers, communities and professional kitchens wanting high and continuous production. With its powerful 750 W motor and its speed of 300 rpm , it allows to process 100 to 350 kg of vegetables per hour in an efficient and secure manner .

Its double opening offers maximum versatility : the large Ø165mm opening for large vegetables and the small Ø55mm for long vegetables such as carrots or cucumbers. The automatic start via the pressure lever guarantees smooth and quick use.

The vegetable cutter is robust and reliable , with a cast aluminum chamber , a stainless steel base , and 4 non-slip feet for optimal stability. It is equipped with security systems : electromagnetic sensor and cover locking screw. The 24V low voltage controls ensure secure professional use .

Delivered with 5 versatile cutting discs and a evacuation disc , it is suitable for all vegetable preparations.
