The Blackbolt PRO planetary mixer is essential equipment for professional kitchens , pastry shops, restaurants and communities, designed to mix, knead and whisk with precision all your culinary preparations.

Equipped with a die-cast aluminum housing and a 7-liter stainless steel tank , it guarantees robustness, stability and durability , even during intensive use. Its silent and efficient motor , associated with an integrated cooling system , allows continuous operation for up to 60 minutes .

The mixer has 11 adjustable speeds , a timer function and 4 automatic programs (kneading, cake batters, whipped creams, egg whites), ensuring homogeneous and professional results . The progressive slow start allows a controlled increase in speed for optimal mixing.

Designed in accordance with the Machinery Directive (MD) , it is equipped with overheating protection and a safety microswitch preventing operation if the tank is not correctly in place. The fixed transparent lid with secure opening allows the addition of ingredients without risk.
