The hand blender 350 Hendi 221327 is designed for professional kitchens, restaurants and communities , offering power, precision and reliability for mixing large quantities up to 30 liters . It is ideal for soups, sauces, purees and liquid preparations.
The black polyamide motor housing reinforced with glass fibers ensures optimal resistance to shock and heat , while the removable AISI 304 stainless steel blade guarantees efficient, durable and hygienic cutting . A disassembly kit is included for easy and quick cleaning.
The progressively adjustable variable speed (4,000 to 16,000 rpm) allows precise control of the mixing , and the ventilated motor ensures optimal cooling during use. For added safety, a safety button prevents accidental start-up, and the lock button allows continuous operation without constant pressure.
The mixer comes with a 300 mm AISI 304 stainless steel mixing foot , suitable for deep containers. Other interchangeable feet are available as an option (ref. 222225, 222249, 222256, 222263).
