Hendi professional hood dishwasher – Performance and ergonomics for professional kitchens

The professional hooded dishwasher Hendi 8600 W / 400 V is designed for restaurants, hotels, communities and professional kitchens looking for efficiency, robustness and ergonomics. Its hood with spring system allows easy opening, reaching 1830 mm in height for maximum comfort when loading and unloading.

Compatible with 500x500 mm washing racks, it accepts glasses up to 395 mm and plates up to 400 mm high . The independent rotating stainless steel washing and rinsing arms guarantee uniform and efficient cleaning.

Equipped with a 7.4 L (7.5 kW) boiler and a 58 L (6 kW) tank, this dishwasher has a powerful 1.5 HP pump, compliant with IPX4 standards. It is equipped with a thermometer for the boiler, 4 filters in the tank and a filter protecting the inlet of the pump, ensuring reliable and durable use.

Delivered with glass and plate racks, cutlery basket, supply and drain pipes, rinse aid dispenser , it offers a complete solution for efficient professional washing.
