This professional motorized stainless steel hood is designed to guarantee efficient extraction of heat, smoke and pollutants in high-efficiency professional kitchens. Its constant height vertical design offers maximum containment volume , ensuring optimal suction efficiency above the cooking lines.
Its self-supporting one-piece design facilitates simple and quick back-to-back installation , without visible fixing, while guaranteeing excellent rigidity and a neat finish. This model is ideal for restaurants, collective kitchens, central kitchens and CHR establishments.
Available in lengths from 1000 to 3000 mm , with depths of 1000, 1250 or 1500 mm , this hood adapts to all professional configurations.

This diversity of motors makes it possible to precisely adjust the extraction flow rate according to the volume of the kitchen and the intensity of use.
The exposed faces in austenitic stainless steel AISI 304L (1.4307) brushed finish SB ensure high resistance to corrosion, excellent durability and easy maintenance. The rear and upper sides in galvanized steel reinforce the robustness of the whole.
Equipped with standard galvanized media filters with M0 stainless steel frame (397 × 472 × 25 mm) , a peripheral gutter , a stainless steel shutter plate and a purge device with threaded stainless steel cap 1/2” Gas , this hood guarantees effective management of grease and condensates .
The internal leveling adjustment and the clip-on mounting covers facilitate installation and ensure a professional finish on site.

Packaging & delivery
The hood is fixed to a wooden pallet, rimmed and heat-shrinkable film. The stainless steel faces are protected by a PVC film, guaranteeing optimal protection during transport.
