Professional one-piece AISI 304L stainless steel hood – Constant height

This professional stainless steel hood is designed to ensure efficient extraction of heat, smoke and pollutants in professional kitchens with high activity. Its vertical design with constant height guarantees maximum containment volume , considerably improving suction performance.

Its self-supporting one-piece design allows simple and quick back-to-back installation , without visible fixing, while ensuring excellent structural rigidity. This model is particularly suitable for restaurants, communities, central kitchens and food preparation laboratories.

Available in lengths from 1000 to 3000 mm , with depths of 1000, 1250 or 1500 mm and heights of 400 or 500 mm , this hood adapts perfectly to all configurations of professional cooking lines.

The exposed faces in austenitic stainless steel AISI 304L (1.4307) brushed finish SB ensure excellent resistance to corrosion, great ease of maintenance and a professional aesthetic. The rear and upper sides in galvanized steel guarantee robustness and durability.

Equipped with standard galvanized media filters with M0 stainless steel frame (397 × 472 × 25 mm) , a peripheral gutter , a stainless steel shutter sheet , as well as a purge device with plug 1/2” threaded stainless steel Gas , this hood offers optimal management of grease and condensates .

The leveling adjustment from inside the hood, combined with clip-on fixing covers , facilitates installation and guarantees a neat finish on site.

Packaging & delivery

The hood is fixed to a wooden pallet , rimmed ,then heat-shrink filmed. The stainless steel faces are protected by a PVC film, guaranteeing optimal protection during transport and handling.
